General: Please read the provisions of this agreement (The "Privacy Policy" ) before using the "UIDB" website

1.1

The UIDB website, which is exclusively owned by UIDB Software Ltd., No. 516600749 (The "UI-DB," "Company," "We" or using the singular plural) is a website and/or a mobile application that provides software and other technology services (the "Website").

1.2

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which UI-DB uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from Users (each a "User") of the Website.

1.3

UI-DB may make, from time to time, any amendment and/or change to the Privacy Policy at its sole discretion.

1.4

The Privacy Policy is written for convenience in the singular masculine, but it is intended for both genders, as well as the plural. The privacy policy titles are for convenience only and have no legal meaning.

1.5

You are not required to accept the Privacy Policy, but if you do not, We cannot guarantee your enjoyment and use of the Website. To the extent that you do not agree to any of the things stated in the Website's Privacy Policy, you are required to stop using it immediately.

This Privacy Policy only concerns the User's use of the Website and does not apply to services, products, or any other interaction of the User with the UI-DB.

The law that applies to the Privacy Policy is Israeli law. The Privacy Policy is subject to the Privacy Protection Law, 1981-1981 (the "Privacy Protection Law") and any legal provision that cannot be conditioned on it. If you use the Website outside the State of Israel, you are solely responsible for ensuring that the Privacy Policy complies with the law of the country from which you use the Website.

2.1

By using the Website, you independently and free willfully approve the Privacy Policy, including authorizing the UI-DB to collect and use your private information in accordance with its provisions.

You know that you are under no obligation to provide information during your use of the Website except in accordance with your free will, but if you refrain from providing the information, your enjoyment of using the Website may be impaired.

Information We Collect
3.1

Your Business name, business no of employees, business information, first name, last name, email, phone, and address.

3.2

Information concerning your browsing habits on the Website and the Internet, recording of how you use the Website, areas and topics you found interesting, information from your browser, Internet address (IP), cookies, patterns of use on the Website, tracking and photographing movement on the Website, time stamps and date and more.

3.3

Statistical information That is not personally identifiable and that relates to the activity carried out by individuals on the Website.

3.4

Analytics information and third-party services. We may use other services hosted by third parties to assist in providing our Service and to help us understand our Users’ use of our Service. We use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. We collect and use this analytics information from other Users so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any individual User.

How We Use Your Information-These will be the purposes of the UI-DB's use of the information provided by a User while using the Website:

UI-DB will not use or disclose information concerning You except in accordance with the purposes detailed in this privacy policy and the provisions of the law.

The use of information that the UI-DB may make includes, among other things, the following purposes: (1) making information available regarding the purchase of products by a user; (3) establishing contact and transmitting information to the User; (4) saving information for future inquiry; (5) research, data analysis, and statistics; (6) personalization and improvement of the content of the Service to the User; (7) customer support and service; (8) Compliance with the law, investigation of complaints, legal proceedings, suspicion of fraud and/or inappropriate behavior.

Saving the information
5.1

Information provided to UI-DB during the use of the Website will be stored in UI-DB databases and/or with subcontractors with whom UI-DB has contracted to save the information.

5.2

To protect the information in UI-DB's possession, We implement acceptable and reasonable information security procedures according to the circumstances

5.3

UI-DB cannot guarantee that the Website is immune from unauthorized access and that unauthorized third parties will not gain access to the information. Therefore, UI-DB will not be held responsible for any damage caused to the User if caused as a result of leaking information, changing information, or improper use of information carried out by another.

Sharing of Your Information
6.1

User information will be accessible to the User, UI-DB as well as the suppliers of UI-DB.

6.2

UI-DB may transfer information, including personal information, to third parties without obtaining further consent from the User in the following cases:

6.2.1

In order to provide services and/or supply products to the User.

6.2.2

UI-DB believes that the delivery of the information is necessary to prevent damage to the User or third parties.

6.2.3

The delivery of the information is required by law and/or a judicial order and/or an instruction of some competent authority.

6.2.4

There is a concern that a User has performed or attempted to perform actions prohibited by law or contrary to the rights of UI-DB.

6.2.5

The disclosure is required for legal proceedings in which UI-DB is involved.

6.2.6

In the case of a merger, structural change, business transfer, or business merger.

6.3

It is clarified that whenever the User's information is disclosed to a third party, subject to the provisions of this privacy policy, UI-DB will not be responsible for its use, and any claim and/or claim against UI-DB regarding the said information will be null and void.

Service Providers:
7.1

UI-DB may share information with suppliers and subcontractors in Israel and/or abroad (the "Suppliers") to provide the services provided by UI-DB through the Website, including information storage services, research and analysis of user activity, statistics regarding the use of the Website, and/or improving the user experience.

7.2

UI-DB requires the Suppliers to comply with the instructions of this Privacy Policy. They are prohibited from sharing the information with any other third party, and they are not allowed to use the information themselves without receiving the express approval of UI-DB, which will be given subject to this privacy policy and any law.

7.3

At the end of UI-DB's contract with a supplier, the aforementioned Supplier will be required to return to UI-DB any relevant information that was transferred to UI-DB's Supplier by UI-DB and to delete any existing information in its possession.

9.1

However, UI-DB cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit to UI-DB or guarantee that information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

How long we keep your content:

Following the termination or deactivation of your account, UI-DB or its Service Providers may retain information for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes.

We are not responsible for the practices employed by any websites or services linked to or from our Service, including the information or content contained within them. Please remember that when you use a link to go from our Service to another website or Service, our Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party websites or services. Your browsing and interaction on any third-party website or Service, including those that have a link on our Website, are subject to that third party's own rules and policies. In addition, you agree that we are not responsible and do not have control over any third parties and that your connection with any third party is your own risk.

Waiver of Rights

UI-DB may assign and/or transfer its rights and obligations under this privacy policy to another (the "Transferee"), provided that the aforementioned Transferee confirms in writing his obligation to comply with the provisions of this privacy policy and the law

Children’s Privacy

UI-DB does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or anyone under the age of 18 who has not received permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service. UI-DB does not knowingly allow such persons to use the Website for any purpose. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13 or a child under the age of 18 who has not received permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Mailing and advertising content
16.1

UI-DB may and the User agrees to bring to his attention information, advertising, marketing content, and various recommendations concerning UI-DB and others that UI-DB believes the User may find interesting (hereinafter: "Advertising Content"). Advertising Content can be transmitted via text message, email, during the User's use of the Website, or in another way.

16.2

A user may instruct UI-DB at any time to stop mailing by notifying UI-DB in writing of his desire to do so and/or sending an email to the address info@ui-db.com and/or sending a text message with the word "remove" to the phone number +972 53-244-7103 and/or replying in the manner in which the advertisement was sent.

16.3

The User confirms that he understands that advertising content does not constitute a recommendation or encouragement of UI-DB to purchase services or products, that UI-DB is not a party to any presentation or contract with an advertiser, that he releases UI-DB from any liability related to receiving advertising content and/or other service providers and/or the quality of services of advertising content marketers and confirms that he will not have any claim and/or claim related to advertising content he will receive.
