<p>קרן קהילתית טירת כרמל הוקמה בשנת 2002 במטרה לתת מענה לצרכי תושבי העיר בתחומי החינוך, הבריאות, הרווחה, איכות הסביבה, התרבות והספורט.<br />
UIDB פיתחה את האתר הרשמי של הקרן כדי להציג את חזונה, להדגיש את אופייה הקהילתי והבלתי־תלוי, ולספק לתושבים גישה נוחה למידע.</p>
