<p>Build App is an advanced software system for asset management and building maintenance. The system was developed by the A Point company, in order to satisfy an existing need of management companies in optimizing the handling of maintenance, collection, accounts and follow-up of inquiries of the buildings managed by them.<br />
As part of the project UI-DB converted the VGS application that was suitable only for web, into a native application for android and ios. Today UI-DB continues to help manage the app in the application stores.</p>

<p>The core objective of Build App is to revolutionize asset management and building maintenance processes by providing a seamless and intuitive software solution. With a particular emphasis on enhancing user experience, especially for agents who frequently utilize the software while on-site, the goal is to optimize efficiency and responsiveness in managing building assets.</p>
<h2>Problem</h2>
<p>A web-based application lacked the mobility and accessibility required for efficient on-site asset management. This limitation hindered the effectiveness of agents who relied on the software while physically present in buildings, leading to inefficiencies in handling maintenance tasks, collecting dues, and addressing inquiries promptly.</p>
<h2>Solution</h2>
<p>UI-DB played a pivotal role in overcoming this challenge by spearheading the development of a mobile application for Build App. By transforming the existing web-based platform into a native application compatible with Android and iOS devices, UI-DB ensured that agents could seamlessly access and utilize the software while on-site. This mobile-centric approach not only enhanced user experience but also significantly improved the efficiency and effectiveness of asset management and building maintenance operations.</p>


<p><strong>Lorem Ipsum</strong> is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry&#8217;s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.</p>

במסגרת הפרויקט UI-DB המירה את אפליקציית ה-VGS שפותחה בהתחלה והתאימה ל-web בלבד, לכדי אפליקציית Native עבור android ו-ios. כיום החברה ממשיכה לסייע בניהול האפליקציות בחנויות.</p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">בילדאפ שואפת לתת פתרון תוכנה חלק ואינטואיטיבי על מנת להקל על משתמשיה בעולם ניהול ואחזקת נכסים. מטרת הפרויקט היא שיפור חווית המשתמש והגברת היעילות וההיענות בניהול נכסי הבנייה באופן משמעותי, במיוחד עבור סוכנים שמשתמשים לעתים קרובות בתוכנה בזמן שהם באתר.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">לאפליקציה מבוססת web חסרה ניידות ונגישות אשר נדרשות לניהול נכסים יעיל כאשר הסוכן נמצא במבנה עצמו. מגבלה זו פוגעת ביעילותם של סוכנים שהסתמכו על התוכנה בעודם נמצאים פיזית בבניינים, והובילה לחוסר יעילות בטיפול במשימות תחזוקה, וטיפול בפניות באופן מיידי.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">UI-DB היוותה תפקיד מרכזי בהתגברות על אתגר זה על ידי הובלת תהליך הפיתוח שבו האפליקציה הקיימת אשר מבוססת על web הומרה לאפליקציית native אשר מותאמת למכשירי אנדרואיד ו-iOS. תהליך זה מאפשר לסוכנים גישה ושימוש במערכת בצורה נוחה יעילה וחלקה בזמן שהם נמצאים בנכס. גישה זו הממוקדת בנייד לא רק שיפרה את חווית המשתמש אלא גם שיפרה משמעותית את היעילות והאפקטיביות של ניהול נכסים ואחזקת מבנים.</span></p>
